After graduating from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1989, Heather moved to Toronto to begin her financial career. With over 20 years experience in the financial industry and a strong background in business and finance, Heather brings a straightforward, analytical approach to her client relationships.
Her past positions at Canada Trust and Altamira, saw Heather excel at superior customer service, always solving clients issues with compassion and precision. Heather made the move to TriDelta in early 2011 to align with a like-minded company to provide complete financial peace of mind for families and individuals.
Heather's skills and style further lent itself to helping women at various stages of their lives, be it divorce, dealing with the death of a spouse or single parent challenges and continues to be an enthusiastic advocate for financial issues that affect women.
She believes in education and empowerment not only for herself, but for her clients. Heather completed the CFP - Certified Financial Planner® designation, in 1996, in 2008, the CDFA - Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designation and in 2010, the EPC - Elder Planning Counselor designation.
Heather assists her clients by providing individually tailored financial planning solutions with her goal being to empower her clients to live the life they dream.

Heather is involved in several networking associations, whose mandates are to educate and further the interests of women, including Roaring Women and Company of Women. She is also involved in many community groups working with and assisting seniors and their issues.
Through her continued focus on Education Seminars for the Arthritis Society, Alzheimer's Society, the Toronto Public Library "Ask the Expert Series" and the Financial Planning Standards Council, Heather has recently been awarded the Fellow of the FPCD distinction. This award is given by the Financial Planning Standards Council to recognize CFP's (Certified Financial Planner) for outstanding contribution to furthering the FPSC's vision and for advancing the financial planning profession in Canada.
Heather was born and raised in Saint John, New Brunswick and now lives in Mississauga with her husband Joe and their 2 teen children, TJ and Elizabeth. Her favourite activities include walking the family dog Daisey, reading, travelling, theatre and spending weekends with family and friends at their second home in Sauble Beach.
